Very cool experience.

I love the nerd glasses in your front shirt pocket. You forgot your pocket protector though.

Dressed up the bus again this year. At the end of the night, I jumped in the far back seat and scared the piss out of a few kids.

I finally got around to adding some sound deadening to my front doors and cargo doors. I used the Frost King stuff others have tried. It really made a difference on how the doors sound when you close them. It also made the bus a little quieter.
I also installed the Aero Payprus kick panels I bought at a swap meet a while back. The old ones were painted blue. These are the real deal.

Hey, the build is great!
I wanted to know if you could brief me on the pvc speakers you built. They are great and I would like to do the same with my bug.
What materials did you use? did you stuff the pipe with anything? and what did you cover the back with? thanks! |

Go to page 10 of this thread and you can see how I built the tubes. All stuff from Ace Hardware. I put some pillow stuffing in the tube. |

While that driver's door panel is off, put it in a box, and ship it to:

That color is worth it's weight in gold for OG panels. I was lucky enough to get the kick panels for $20 at a local swap earlier this year. |

I have everything (and extra cargo door panes for trade), except the driver's door panel. The hunt is fun. _________________ Looking for a correct 1967 rear seat

My bus got some TV time this weekend during the last stage of the US Pro Challenge in Denver. I went down to watch the last stage and happened to park right next to the course. |
