1) original factory stamped CCG 25hp Aluminum VW block, thorough inspection to meet my quality standards
2) all oil passages/galleys drilled and tapped for 100% positive cleaning
3) block is hot tanked to remove all oil / sludge within block & oil galley's
4) line-bored main bearing tunnel w/ thrust cut
5) lifter guide plates removed cleaned Black Oxide treated and reinstalled
6) cylinder decks resurfaced
7) reground .010”, polished, balanced genuine VW 64mm stroke crankshaft
8) crankshaft gear-set cleaned deburred
9) rebuilt / resized / balanced / rebushed VW connecting rods
10) resurfaced / balanced VW 180mm flywheel
11) NOS 75mm 25hp balanced pistons / NOS cylinders (1100cc), rings, pins, locks
12) rebuilt 25hp heads with all new guides, valves, springs, 3 angle valve job
13) rocker arm assemblies disassembled, cleaned and Black Oxide treated
14) black powder coated valve covers, clips, air deflectors and oil drain plate
15) new gland nut / German Reinz 356 Porsche blue "double lip" flywheel seal
16) new main and rod bearings
17) reground / coated stock VW camshaft
18) new push rods, push rod tubes, seals, gaskets
19) new HD oil pump
20) new oil sump / pick-up tube screen
21) Black Oxide all perimeter nuts / bolts & washers / head studs / nuts & washers
