Ok, file under rainy day job when you have nothing else to do. Given the cost of new visors I repaired broken plastic with light weight fiberglass cloth and 30 minute epoxy. New push clip from Ace hardware, 30 cents. This thin fiberglass cloth available at hobby stores has been handy on lots of plastic repairs. Also have used it with JB Weld to patch heat exchangers.
