Bought a gear box with short axles and came with chrome seal covers, they don't match the backing plates I restored, was wondering if anyone could give advice as what to use? I had allready bought repair kits.

the one of the left fits that backing plate. The oil drain 'hole' lines up with the drain 'hole' on the backing plate

Bit of a mix and match, chassis a 77, gearbox has push out bearing and engine is 68 onwards lol

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I installed one side before I left work tonight using all restored stuff, sorry for delay in my response, time difference plus I don't know my password on my phone.
