Pionnering the new "welsh look" in the form of my '83. Its my second VW now as my first has gone on to help other bugs restore themselves. She has a new 1600cc engine, which is running in sweet, 8 spoke EMPI (which will be changed to chrome BRM's asap) and a rasping Z Tube Very Happy

She is the scurge of all Nova's and ford escorts in the Cardiff area. Wink [/img]

Oh yes, feeling that Towel rail baby! Very Happy had to get the adaptors to fit them mind Rolling Eyes

Was gonna go and to RTTS but a freak engine fire has put a end to that Sad

Ive been thinking about those smoked rear elephant foot lights, and some for the indicators at the front. When she's back up and running I might just do it Smile

Yup. Purchased with the Bug & they were that colour to start. I saw the white on silver alloy look on a new beetle and thought it set the car off nicely.

engine fire?? Shocked when?? & how much damage was done??

if it's happened to you i reckon i should invest in a fire extinguisher! i thought it was mainly bugs in the USA that suffered because of the hot climates. although did you see my old fuel pipe? that was very dangerous
