Looks like a VWoA rack.

Yes, it looks like a real rack.

I think it's a Bay Window rack though.
If you post a full photo I might be able to tell you more information

I'll take VWoA Bay Window Racks for $100, Alex.

Insert photo of Alex Trebeck smiling with approval.

That's where my money is. But I've been wrong before.

Everett... What exactly are you looking for as an indicator? Would I be correct in looking at height and post/bar (not sure if that's the right word) that sits in gutter? There are things I still don't know... and certainly want to. Some people say read books, but I say... trust the internet.

As far as I know any VWoA rack where the ends sort of stick out past the end of the rack is a Bay Window rack.
Corrections on that assumption welcome.

Example of rack style I am talking about:

This looks like the same rack as his but without seeing the entire thing I cannot be 100% sure.

If you look at the accessories brochures on this site, this style of rack came out around 1970 so it was Bay Window from the start.

Here is the rack almost complete and as far as I can see is the same as the one you send EVERETT. So this is correct for an Eraly bay, isnīt it?

Thanks to all of you for your comments!

Yes, as far as I know it's for an Bay Window.

It will often fit on a Split Bus too but it sits REALLY close to the roof, possibly even touching it near the center.
