I'm good at that.
I haven't really been watching selling prices. Is it a notable drop or just seasonal variation? _________________ |

Watching the market prior to the holidays, there does seem to be a decrease in overall value in bays, my consensus is a surplus.
Five years of social media pumping up Van life and Wanderlust has gotten young fools like me and then sum to buy rusty buses from that old guy down the road.
It’s okay, really it was out of control. It’s becoming more realistic I think, Split Stuff, well folks are still high. _________________ The Bus Barn Ltd. Co.

WTF dude? And you were going to tell me when?
No worries if my 74 was done and had some miles on it, Id be selling too. But that was kinda the intent all along for me. Selling now is the worst. You need to wait till Spring. If you are pressed for $ then do what you gotta brother. If you arnt then wait till Spring and put it on ePay with a reserve lower than what you want. _________________

Nothing is set in stone, I'm planning a camping trip for next month in the bus. Currently addressing some things I've ignored for far too long that just makes the bus that much better. _________________ The Bus Barn Ltd. Co.

If someone gives you anywhere near 18 large for that thing TAKE IT!
Just because fools list all of these buses on this site for those prices,
Does not mean anyone is paying that. _________________ Bus Motor Build

Theres an asshole for every seat cover. Its always worth what someone is willing to pay. I probably spent wayyyyyy to much in the samba classifieds putting my 74 together so I could have OG VW. The days of finding this crap in a field are slowing down. _________________ 1982 Vanagon Westy

Boy, I’m just getting flack all over the Samba today.
Days like today I realize why Tcash stepped away.
It’s a starting point. Is it perfect, no.
But for a Westy that’s straight albeit the nose, it’s a nice bus.
All the owner’s manuals, a spare engine, a damn near mint Drive-Away tent, collapsible spare tire, Coleman accessories, mosquito netting, and all the other VW camping accessories I have, I think it’s a fair point. Everything but the horn, and even it works but the bushing is gone so it likes to honk when you turn so I have it unplugged.
Am I a fool? Sure, I could preach that it’s near mint, rub some filler on the nose and shoot a fresh coat of Brilliant Orange on the bus and let the shiniest woe people to my bank. Not interested in it. I’d like to think I’m fairly honest. _________________ The Bus Barn Ltd. Co.

It's the Bay forums! Love it, hate it, you won't forget it!

I'd leave your price where it is. As someone stated, it's worth what someone will pay for it. _________________ Contact me at [email protected]

It's worth more to me personally, as well as my insurer.
Suppose to be having a fella coming up from Houston to assist in having it shipped to France Thursday, we shall see. Apparently Brilliant Orange isn't as popular in Europe as it is here in the states, I've been thorough while true condition, the issues, the perks, etc..
I'm not trying to fool anyone, I think it presents well, I mean even with the hammered nose, I've won awards with this bus. Yeah, I was surprised too. _________________ The Bus Barn Ltd. Co.

Why do you say the orange isnt as popular over there as here? You mean back in the day when new or now? Cuz those Europeans like some wackadoodle color schemes - now and back then. _________________
