There has been a major change in the system for deciding the winner of each awards. due to me not being smart enough to find a way to put the choices to an open vote by all forum members, a team of crack judges has been formed to decide which of our nominees are the winners. soon, all nominees and winners will be posted, and you can bitch and gripe about what a totalitarian asshole i am.
