there was about a 10 minute window where the opportunity to attend presented itself, but that quickly disappeared, so no, i not be there and will miss my first litchfield this year.

anyway, if anyone needs any parts i have listed in the classifieds (or may have laying around here), let me know this weekend, as i can arrange delivery of parts to the show.

How early is too early to show up for camping? I am off work the entire weekend and then some, and the boys want to get there as soon as we can.

Would it be impossible to get in on friday

I whispered it in case it's taboo...

First I am not part of the promoter group but....

No there is no camping allowed on Friday. There is some state and private campgrounds in the area if you wanted. The gates open at different times on Saturday in the past (I figure it is when the fair ground's people get there) but late morning there is at least one gate open. As Skills said not much going one early but you do get your pick of a spot.

We will not be camping but it does look like we will be there on Sunday (pending any issues with Mary). I got a bunch of decent "prop" stuff, actually more that we thought and of course will have the key making stuff with us. Also have some older toys packed and ready to go. Still have to go on a parts hunt in the yard. Also anything in my adds can be brought to the show for a savings on shipping.

Going on a parts run today to pick up some stuff for the swap.

Anyone interested in a complete, but weather seized 36HP engine from a 58-59 bus?

How about a Ghia roof rack? So much to do this week. Can't wait!!

What about a Samba photo???

Hey, I just noticed that the banner ad on the Samba for this event says "camping available, hot showers and clean restrooms". Does this mean they are keeping the restrooms open for the campers all night?

I hope so, I'd bring the wife along this year. She ain't camping with Porto potties.

Just wondering if this ^^^^ got answered ?? Will restrooms/showers be open all night ???
