I liked Hot VWs before they gave in to pressure and stopped using gal models, oftentimes in swim attire. Their readership is like 99% male, and yet they gave in to pressure and stopped the practice in the 1990s. I couldn't believe that a few complaints made them do this change, what a bunch of wusses !!!

Popular Mechanics (maybe 98% male readers) had complaints that the girls in the boating articles were wearing swim attire, and almost axed those. Unbelievable.

Now Cosmo, with maybe 98% female readership and 2% gay, can show or print articles about anything !!! They have this in my gym.

Are you reading these just for the girls?? They do have other mags for that. Wink

My ex girlfriend used to read that. When she would try stuff from it I'd have to ask "what the hell are you doing". She'd start to say "But Cosmo said..." and I'd cut her off with "Cosmo was wrong!"

No, I read the magazines for the articles. I look at the photos of the girls.

Started a thread about this in the general section, but or some reason it got deleted ? Sad

So figure that it is on topic for this thread. So here goes Very Happy

We have just released a FREE Aircooled Ezine.

The idea is that articles are contributed by readers (photos and words) and then we do the rest by putting it all together into a free magazine. It's not a UK or US or even an Aussie magazine, the intention is that it is a global affair. By the VW community - For the VW community.

It's completely free, you don't need to join our site to view it, you don't have to pay a cent for it, you can even download it and print it out, email it, etc...

Image may have been reduced in size. Click image to view fullscreen.

To view it simply visit the following link (opens viewer in a popup so you will need to disable popup blocking for this url) http://www.vdubber.com/ezine/issue1/viewer.htm

Don't forget to pass it on. Wink

Mick.

PS. If you think that you have what it takes to put together an article for the next issue, feel free to PM me. There is no pay, but at least you get your name immortalized in print.
