From the look of some of those stickers I am guessing this van was equipped with both a gun rack and a banjo rack! _________________ 1962 Karmann Ghia

Resurrecting an image from this thread back in 2011.
Not a "sticker" per se, but this has been on my Westy for a while.
When I sold my '61 Series II Land Rover 88 waaaay back in 1975 and bought a '67 Splittie, I kept the emblem. Damn, I wish I still owned both those vehicles…
The unwashed masses occasionally ask if it's a FWD VW. I tell them it was a special, but very brief, collaboration between Volkswagen and Land Rover back in the '80s. They generally nod sagely and say, "Cool!" I'll probably burn in hell for that (among other reasons) though I have had drivers of the new, yuppy Land Rovers give me a thumbs up and wave. Even they know I'm BS-in' them. _________________ 1984 Westy with tencentlife power! |

Spent a cloudy Saturday morning in Seattle enjoying my coffee and reading all the fun stickers here. Thank you! No surprise that there are some very clever people on this site!
In 23 pages of stickers this is the only one I personally found a bit mean-spirited:

If "air bags are for homos" then "seatbelts are for breeders"?
