Thanks Murzi.
My Apache knock-off must be a real POS thin unit compared to the manx. To take this picture, I would REQUIRE to be holding on to the clothes line or have raw glass in my newly scrapped leg as I fall on the broken fender. _________________ Bad News Racing 2018 NORRA 1000 3rd in Class

OK My kids are going to the in laws tomorrow so I will update my "cat walk"photo."300# ,on a splash"....... I need a hair cut first but I'm starting a new job in the next few days so I'll deal with that in any case.
I don't have any Velcro right now so I guess I'll have to be creative....
You up for it Chuck?

Glad to see Aquamanx is catching on so quickly.
As for Dunebubby, sorry I can't play since I have lost a few pounds and it wouldn't be a fair competition. However I have started some body work on the famous Manx fender at my leisure. On top is where I repaired some mirror holes. I have ground out the turn signal holes in the other picture. You can't tell the depth of the grinding in the picture, but the front hole is ground about half way through. The one on top is ground deeper since there is more area to feather it.

Since you are playing with fiberglass....Fill the headlight bosses with a fiberglass resin/fiber mixture. You won't have issues with the headlight housing coming loose or cracking the boss. _________________ Jerry...

Thanks. The velcro shoes are just for buffing the Duragloss....I'm keeping the application a secret. _________________ Organized people are just too lazy to look for stuff

It kind of reminds me of the Berrien Gel-Coat.
Just kidding.
Hit it with some Duragloss and your good to go...... |
