$600 For the 'hole' only wow. That reminds me of this funny story at Pomona swap meet, This kid was parked by me and said he came to buy a ragtop bug to build so at the end of the day he says "check out this ragtop I just bought" it was in pieces and it was a 66 with a rag cut into it. I was like wait, something looks fishy, that 66 had a fricken 3 fold hole in it but no mechanism no where in sight I just said good luck with that project. Wait till he goes shopping for that rag mechanism. And a 66 bug to make it even worse. _________________ GFK

so what WOULD a complete setup go for? I have one and I'm second guessing cutting it into my split.
I could always try to 'raise the bar' and shoot for 3gs! _________________ `20 SQ5

According to Randee (Randar Wheels) he's sold several roof clips alone for $900. So there must be people out there willing to pay to play.
A complete sunroof assembly can easily fetch $2400+ in today's market. _________________ 1947 Typ 11a

I sold a complete 3 fold rag mechanism with rails for $450 back in 90. I thought that was a lot. _________________ GFK

WOW...... I didn't even think my Zwitter was worth that much as a complete car.
Same roof and components, isn't it????
Maybe I should just part this rust bucket out?
