fuck the rules . . . this ass wipe broke them when he stopped shipping parts after accepting payment . . .

I filed a rescind payment request with PayPal last week, luckily they have a 45 day time window. Still, I'd much rather have the coil than the cash.

PAYPAL rules ! No wait . . . fuck the rules . . . OK. now I'm confused . . .

I filed a rescind payment/complaint with PayPal to get my money back from this guy and they came through! I guess that he never even answered his email from them so they just yoinked it out of his credit card/PayPal account!

You all ought to try this route, you have 45 days to contest a purchase . . .

he apparently is not selling any more parts under vdubparts - most likely he changed his name and is selling under another.
be aware.

Amazing how people can steal your money, and have absolutley no problem with guilt in spending YOUR cash the next day.

He scammed me on an ebay auction.

If he messed with you on an Ebay transaction, you HAVE TO go after him! EBAY is trying to "git legit" now that they're almost bigger than Walmart . . . just file a grievence with them and let them follow it to the end for you. They have some safe guards built in automatically and will usually help out and make things right. You just have to set things in motion.

Don't let this wipe get away with ANYTHING ! !
