help identify wheels?

Hey all. I am usually on the Vanagon site. I have 2 of these wheels and I am trying to identify what they are for. I am posting in the water-cooled section because they are dated 10/87. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

These steel wheels are for 1986-93 Scirocco, Golf, Jetta, Cabriolet.
