This is a wiper assy I pulled out of a Squareback. The problem is that I am unsure if it's 12V or 6V. I do have another assy, # 343 955 111 D, which is out of a Type 34 Karmann Ghia, that I know is 6V.
Can anyone assist on the former? Thanks. _________________ West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943) |

It should say someplace on the motor whether it is 6v or 12v. I suppose I could go out to the shop and look at my spare 12V and see what the number is. _________________ Society is like stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you end up with a lot of scum on the top!--Edward Abbey

Just looked at my spare. It is a 311-955-113-C, and it is a known 12V. Came out of a '69.
So if yours is a "K", it would be 12V also. Probably a '72,73. Does it have the tapered shafts with the threaded nuts for the wiper arms? _________________ Society is like stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you end up with a lot of scum on the top!--Edward Abbey

What year does my "C" show??
I was told it was out of a '69.
I sold the one out of my parts car, then had to buy one back for the conversion of my '66 _________________ Society is like stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you end up with a lot of scum on the top!--Edward Abbey

Looking at my parts books #s, I think that is out your 1970.
Extension K is not listed though
'71-up is listed as an M |
Well, I can assure you that's it's suffix is a 'K'. What does your parts book say about the 343 wiper assy? _________________ West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943) |
