Lost my keys :( how do i resolve this???

Hi, i lost the keys to my '73 thing, the steering wheel is locked. do i ned to change the switch? watch as soon as i do something drastic i will find the key. Thanks in advance for the advise.

If you use the same key for ignition and doors, unscrew a door handle and look at the code number(2digitsR2digits) and let cut a new key with this code...

I agree with El Safari on this one. You might want to pull both handles and the deck lid lock to see if they are all the same code. After you have the numbers, I would recommend calling Gabriel.

Generally the deck lid latch is easier to remove than the door handles. You can take it to a lock smith and have a key made instantly.

thank you for your comments, what would i do without the samba. I'll go ahead and remove it and take it to a locksmith. now lets hope they have this type of keys.
