Hi,
help required
I've been looking at a 53 barndoor panel van. I notice that the outer sill under the side loading doors has small slots along the sill.
They are 3 >4mm approx in height & 70 > 80mm in length along sill.
Is this the correct original sill panel?
Thanks

Hi
I am unable to upload picture at present but if you put this into the Internet "german cars vw 1953 barndoor panel" you will see the dove blue panel from California, then zoom in & you can just make out the slot under the side load doors which go along the sill
Thanks

Hi guys
Thanks for uploading pictures. If you zoom in on the sill under the side doors in the second picture it is more evident. Let me know your thoughts
Thanks

My guess is that they fix the bottom of the cargo doors and they came up a little short _________________ (20-024785)Ambulance (20-037784)truck (20-035850)panel

I remember that bus. It came from Portugal. It had some custom metal work from a very old restoration. My guess would be home made rockers. |

It's got a Judson in it? Or has an emblem anyway. |
