My first car sorry if the pics are 2 big. So far its pretty much stock other than the EMPI short throw shifter and the wheels. I like it its my first VW and I love it

So what's the story with the bent up rear fenders? Did you get them fixed yet?

yeah the pic from were I bought it the bottom one was there before I bought it PO did it but the story on the other one is I was trying to get my bug on the side of the house next to the truck I though I was clear soo i just went for it well I got out and noticed that. Ive knocked some of it back into shape but some of the paint is chipping Ill try to get back to working it back into shape.

Nice fat chick! My first bug was a 75 standard. Beat that beast almost into the ground, rebuilt the front end ,engine,and repainted it, then traded it for a nice 65 a few years back. Was fun to camp out of before we had kids.

I have no clue I think it might be a custom color that somebody made up becasue I know that somebody repaited this car.
