got any more pics of your 58?? looks really nice. looks like your "shitbox" has a narrowed beam too. I would drive it as is!

REF 58... i am in the middle of making a 5 and a half inch beam with custom shock towers and i will be rolling the chrome 5s when its done i will put up more pics Wink

the 55 has been narrowed 4 inches Very Happy ....plan is to run the 55 for a while then a full resto...cant run it long as it is with our weather over here,every day it will get worse Crying or Very sad

just remembered there is some pics of it in volksworld mag about 3/4 months ago it won "best of show at run to the sun" the 58 and myself was allso on "men and motors"

Sweet dude!! i'm really lovin them both, i think i'l dig out the volksworld mag!!

btw if u were on that rtts show, what one was it, only managed to record the first two!! i belong to dubthings (one of the featured clubs on the programme) but i didnt manage to make it to rtts!

i only made it to volksworld, bugjam and vw action, but lookin forward to a few others this year!! havnt driven for 2 months...crashd my bug.....check it out on readers rides 'my 76 1200 or sumin like that lol!

ouch!....i bet that hurt Shocked ....just seen the pics of the 76...insurance job?....sh*t been there myself bud....i remember over taking a bloke and his dog like a nutter down some lanes once he was waving his arm in the air and shouting,i started laughing untill i rolled it over at the next corner Shocked ....all i was worried about was the bloke coming round the corner with his dog and laughing...hell i was out of there so fast Laughing .

i dint bother with insurance (im 18 so excess was 500 squid n im pretty sure they wuldnt want to insure me next year)

shes comin back 2nite but she failed her mot...


She has a naf balljoint (were replaced about 4 months ago.....but teh crash musta bashed it up)...i can get that sorted no problem


BUT


She failed on emitions...she's 6%...should be 2% aand im not too sure how to corect this.......

ahwel!!

what dubs have u had then??

i really wana get a crew cab one day!!

Yeah...keep the "shit box" as is, it's fucking beautiful. Don't cut it, don't paint it,, don't sand it. Don't do anything to it...I love it! The 58's just another beaut, a really really nice one...but the 55 is golden. I'd trade a 58 resto for a 55 original any day
