Hey this is my 67 i bought for $700. Its a good car with about 3 major problems.
1. Needs new pans
2. Needs front trans mount studs replaces
3.brakes
I think it will be a good project for me considering im 15.

currently how it looks going to the body shop
There is my pics of my of a month or so ago. I got more parts at Bug-O-Rama ill post them soon. The resto is going slowly right now but when it leaves for the body shop and paint its going to be good.

looks great dude! congrats! now stay away from the weed and the booze and get it done! i wish i had had the motivation to start a vw project when i first wanted one around your age. mega props.

Thanks guys.I dont do any of that shit, 20 bucks for 10 minutes is not with it. I would rather buy a Orgin plate.

just another message... don't rush to get it finished, even if isn't perfect when you drive it, enjoy working on it, because IMO if you replaced that front right wing, got it all welded up & put new pans in it i would think it was bad ass if you was driving it about - it looks so rough that it's cool Cool especially in the pic of the back of your bug
