Found this in the classifieds of an old Hot VW mag. 1996. Is it still out there?

That is an add from Adams VW in West Palm, too funny. That guy had the rarest of the rare and now, everything is gone! Confused

that bus now resides behind the cheddar curtain. i think it's the first slammed and tubbed barndoor and is running a 356 motor.

I have that July 55 PM on my shelf. Funny, I never looked at it, I bought it when I was into T1's, never even opened it until now.

I have talked to every owner of that bus from '57 through present.
it was "slammed on earlies" when earlies were 16" wide five porsche rims. it was tubbed with a dead blow hammer in '58 or so. very cool bus with huge history.

mpribanic took these photos some time ago then i took pictures of them and posted them in my gallery. if you look close it has cool rear wheel flairs and there is one pic of a young mpribanic.
