Heart Tail Lights Location

I have a 56 that I put hearts on a long time ago. the car is going into the shop on saturday for a new paint job, it has come to my attention that my tail lights are mounted too high.
Can anyone give me the exact height (location) for drilling the hole to mount the lights.
