For some reason I can edit the image down far smaller than 100 on p-shop, but it's still over 6kb! I can, however, use a thumbnail from the Samba gallery as my avatar even though it's bigger. How can I get it to be less than 6kb? I'm not a computer expert at all And can we use those little 2 second "video clips" (if thats what you call them, where they play over and over) as an avatar. I know people have the vibrating Beetle ones from this site so I'm thinking maybe? Like this just for example, only it would have to be downsized.

That's exactly my question. I can get them small enough but the file size is still too big. _________________ Michael

Try searching for a gif resizer. Let me know when I can resize something from this site (which is quite a bit smaller) than what you are trying to do.

In addition to the size when you save it it should provide for the option of compression. When you compress it the size will go down. |

I just found a way to get some avatars. I went to Google search and click image and type in what you are looking for. The pictures are fairly small. Then you can resize them and it should fit. |
