I was at a pick-a-part type place recently and spotted a baywindow bus with a stainless steel vent window lock or latch thing. It was about 6" long and it slides onto the edge of the window glass. When you close the vent window this little hinge snaps down onto the wing window post and makes a secure locking mechanism. It has the words Globe inscribed on it. No other markings. It looks like it would fit any VWs with wing windows. I have some pictures, but do not know how to post them on the forum, if anybody wants to see them, PM me and I will send pictures in the morning, please post them for others to see.

Has anybody seen these before? I did a Samba and Google search with no results.
