I recently got a narrowed front beam that included new tie rods. I put everything together and then saw that there weren’t any locking tabs on the nuts.

Not sure if this will matter since the tie rod tube and nuts will be tightened against one another? Or should I pull it apart and put some form of locking on these?

Thanks

I don't think they will move.
Run them and keep an eye on them.

Same. Put a dab of paint on the nut and tie rod to monitor.

Its your steering for goodness sake. As cheap as Bugs where, even the factory decided tabs were a good idea.
