Where does wiring run under Tar board? 68 Convertible.

Working n a customers 68 Convertible, job at hand is cleaning up all wiring in the engine compartment which includes a replacement Engine harness.

I've pulled the engine to paint the tin and install new tar boards ( no instructions at all) Come on!

Where does the tail light harness go under the board, does in fit in those 2 square tabs as mounted or does it just over the transaxle and share the tabs with the tar board. I have no point of reference as it came to me with Chrome louvered wall and wiring everywhere.

Some here must know where it goes so that it sits flush and does not interfere with the board and trans.
