Was thinking of throwing some new wheels on my 76 beetle
Bbs look pretty clean on some that ive seen

Question would it be better to switch to disc brakes ?

Does BBS make a 4x130 wheel? If not you'll need to replace the drums/rotors.

Front disc is worth the upgrade.

Yeah i cant find any 4x130 , ive heard disc brakes are better

Not that I know of, but there is a large selection in 5x130 & 4x100… and both of those patterns can be found on conversion drums & disc conversion kits.


It might be easier to find offsets that fit in the (usually FWD applications) 4x100 pattern.

You might be able to find Enkei 92 wheels which look similar to BBS. In the past, they were available for the Porsche 914 which also used the 4x130 bolt pattern.
