Also this photo is 10 years old and the Beetle has been sitting for 23 years on cement without moving. Several of those years the tires have been flat and dry rotted, is it safe to say these wheels may be bent from the weight or do you think they may be ok?

Fuchs Porsche lug pattern.
They should not be out of round from sitting with the tires flat.
Plus. Even if there was some distortion in the roundness. The tire would compensate for the difference.

They're trashed, sorry. I'll give you $100 just to be nice and get them out of your way. Laughing

If original Porsche Fuchs, they are forged alloy. If they are aftermarket repops, they are cast aluminum. In either case, if they don't display any structural damage (i.e. corrosion or cracks), you should be fine.

Look like 15x7's, deep sixes look a little different. If original Fuchs, worth a few bucks for certain.

If original Fuchs, your should find some factory markings on the backside of the petals closest to the valve stem. There will be a Porsche part number/serial number with an image of a fox head on one (Fuchs is fox in German) and an upside down triangle containing a stylized R followed by the wheel size on the other (ie. 6Jx16).

No need to check them. They're fake aftermarket cast wheels.
