my January 54 Delivered to Toronto bus does not have a VW Canada Tag, just the normal VIN Plate.

My March 1953 Zwitter was delivered to Vw Toronto as per birth certificate.
It does not have the Vw Canada tag. Just normal volkswagenwerk plate
