Saw this on eBay. I realize you can ‘ask’ whatever price you want, but $108,000 seems a bit steep for a Thing. Then again, a few years back no one would have believed $150,000+ for a Split Bus.

I see the Volo adds in Hemmings and the prices always seem high to me. Listening to that guy list all it has though I can see how someone wrapped up $100k in it. Not my cup of tea though.

When he starts showing the engine bay first thing that stood out is,........I can see the ground! He's got no tin and no sealing strip in the C groove. In an air cooled engine. I'm new here but isn't that a recipe for disaster? Especially on a hopped up engine?

Yes, it's silly that someone would build that kind of engine and neglect that part.
