For thread. Fitted repro Z hinges from www.camperstuff.co.uk into my 1976 Microbus. (Fabricated a steel bar to hold the supplied slot-in rear support piece for supporting where the bed lines up with the rear shelf when down, as the Microbus does not have a "slot" for it, slots must be a Kombi thing? I fixed the bar in the two stock 13mm threaded holes, one either side so no drilling required).
