For wibaja this is the tool I made I used hi tencile steel eg 4140 , the pin slips in the screw and you need a few different lengths to change as the pin comes out I used metric threads but UNF will be ok , the pins only come out one way as thay have a knurl on one end. standard hinge pins are 8mm dia so I reamed mine out to 8.3 dia and made oversize pins to suit

Removing the drag link from the pitman arm, using Hazet tool 779, It fits perfectly in the space, works very well, and does not damage the threads or the dust boot.

This is my Racine powerhacksaw. This is used to cut billet stocks for making lots of parts. If you do not have one of this, you will not be doing billet parts. This will do the initial job to your greatness. She needs paint, but other than that she is as beautiful as when new.

This is one of my favorite toys for working on VWs. This is a well-thought out design. It is lead-screw feed and does a nice round, straight, clean holes everytime. And all you need is a drill to run it. I love this tool.

This nice little OD grinder is rated 1/2 millionth inch. Very accurate work done from this. This is what I used to modify racing tranny parts and make shuffle pins from raw stock.

Sold now...back to her home in northeast. Sad to see it go. Loved this little precision grinder.
