This is an interpretation, not a copy (right?) of the 59 brochure cover. I had this done in oil. It's about 2' by 3' in size. I finally have something I don't have to keep in the garage!

In this video game called Beetle Buggin' you race/jump/compete with all sorts of models, from Ghia's that do the long jump, to Monster truck single cabs and buses, to Manx models off-road.

This game was on the VW Website a few years ago when I downloaded it. It has the graphic appeal of an Atari game but is fun to play. Only place I could find it was at the website given (NOT my website) Just scroll down and you will find it. The only downside it is entirely in German. But with a little fooling around, you get a hand on the controls and what means what. If you dont get the hang of it, email me and i will teach you how to race. Enjoy.

I picked this computer game up recently. In level 4 you are instructed to "hijack the Kubelwagen, and drive it into the base" as one of your main objectives. This game is strictly about infiltrating Nazi bases and performing objectives. The manual says you can operate machine guns on vehicles that are equipped with one, but I guess this Kubel didnt come with one from the factory.

Jennifer aniston drives around Mark wahlberg in a late model squareback in a recent movie called "Rockstar".
In one part the valet goes to open her door and she laughs and says "oh no, ummm that doesnt work". VW bashing at its finest even though that had nothing to do with the story line.

Heres a CB/SWR baywindow that almost got slammed into, when james bond rolled his benz up on two wheels in his movie - "octopussy".
End of scene the bay window swerves away and you see hes only got one taillight. every VW in that movie only had one taillight.
