I recently found these placemats at an estate sale. There are 6 different designs, one for each placemat, and color matched napkins. Does anyone know where or what these were from?

Can anybody tell me any history about this wheel. It's the same size as the common EMPI GT. It has a cast boss and will not fit a standard VW beetle. The horn button is all chrome and has a simulated wood background. It has the stamped EMPI logo at the back. I believe EMPI use to supply accesories to other types of cars though I don't know what this wheel is for. I had another one machined to fit my VW bug using the common EMPI GT BOSS.

this is a 24K solid gold coin issue by the vw, Company in '65 in conmemoration of the 10 million vw, on the front where the face is it reads (volkswagenwerk aktiengesellschaft wolfsburg 1965) And on the other side where the silouet of a vw is it reads ( 10 millionen Volkswagen) I bought it from a jeweler.

The wheel is very high quality construction. It is aircraft grade aluminum and with very low wear, actually it is like new! I think it is a tail dragger wheel off a plane used for this application.

I just picked this little unit up. As far as I know it is from California. It has no identifying marks on it. Anybody ever seen one like it? The fiberglass on the inside is mat as opposed to fabric indicating early 60's?
