The lady says her parents bought the bus new like this. She was told there were only 25 done like this. Any ideas?

I don't think that's a "Snowtop" interior. Do doubt about the outside though! lol... I think the company that made these called them Freedom Campers. Do a search in the forum archives, should be some intell. in there for ya. Smile There's a fair amount of info. on the web about these.

We revived that bad boy tonight................. It is now officially in the hands of The Las Vegas Volkwagen Club.

Very straight! Very hidious! But none the less saved from being junked. Well kinda saved.............. Derek probably has the cutting torch fired-up by now.

I just sold a freedom camper "snowtop" not long ago. There were more than 25 made. Mine was number 55. There should be a plate on the passenger side dog leg with its number. Thats definetly not freedom camper interior. They had shitters built into the interior. If you want some pics of original interior PM me and I'll post them.

I remember seeing this bus for sale, I believe i saw it on ebaymotors being sold in CA. I got a thing for these busses though, id slam it and rock it.

It's now owned by Kieft en Klok in the Netherlands.
I see this bus a few times a year on meetings.
