Has anybody out there bought parts from Autohaus Arizonia. They claim to be selling OEM parts. Prices are cheap, good or bad quality? Is this just another supplier of cheap crap from Brazil or China :?: :?: :?: |

Bought quite a few things from AutohausAZ for my AAZ rebuild. Everything first rate, excellent German quality. Quick often free shipping. Excellent prices too. For example, just got valve stem seals from the local VW dealer - $3.00 each for cheap mexican made crap. Going to try to return those. Bought good German Contitech seals from Autohaus for 70 cents each. I know they'll be just right. Oil cooler - excellent - only $54.00.
Only down fall is they dont show VW diesels on their model selection page so you often need the part number to find what you want. Worth the effort though. |

I'll bet you a dollar that the oil cooler is made in China! |

I bought a few sets of Porsche rod bearings from there website. Those porsche rod bearings were at least half price of what other big name sites sell them for. The website was very easy to use when I ordered my parts. My parts were packaged perfectly and arrived in a timely manner. I would definately order parts from these guys again. |

Just placed my sixth order with them yesterday, great prices, fast shipping and good communication. Everything I have purchased from them has turned out to be OE. |

Just got ball joints, tie rods and a drag link. Prices were very good and the brands that were stated were delivered. The shipping kinda blew my mind it got here so fast. I'll order again for sure. |

Autohaus has very good pricing on brand name parts. What they are lacking in is customer service of any kind. I ordered some Sachs shocks from them. It took 2.5 weeks for them to arrive. I had to call multiple times to find out what the status of the order was. Their employees who answer the phone are poorly trained and have no idea about these parts or much else. I was told there was a "screw up" at a outer warehouse? Uh huh..
I then emailed them via their website "contact us" asking more questions about this transaction. I never got a reply back.
Their website leaves LOTS to be desired as well. Just a simple quantity available of the part would be nice, yes?
I think this business needs to revisit its business model. Low prices are great when you can support them with anything resembling customer service. |
