Engine Time...

sorry we forgot to make more pictures of mounting the new engine.

Parts we used:
- 78mm crankshaft
- 90.5 Mahle cylinders and pistons
- build heads with 40mm intakevalves and 36mm outtake valves
- 274 degrees camshaft
- 40mm Webers
- CSP products airfilters & velocity stacks
- CSP products engine breather box
- CSP products valve covers
- CSP products crank pulley
- CSP products Pacemaker distributor
- cagero oil cooling system
- Empi baja Exhaust

Later we saw that the pushrof tubes are fuckin bad quality and we changed them to CSP products pushrod tubes

ok, guys, I installed the engine now. As you see the pushtube rods are the cheap ones. They doesn´t looked good and i decided against them and changed it to CSP. You can see them on the next pictures. The really cool thing is you can change them without dismantle the whole cylinderhead.

the longer intake funnels from Csp give the engine more torque.

Air filters are from K&N and Empi exhaust fits perfecty.
We make the oil system ready. We put a cagero underfloor cooler on the rear axle. Its very flat and we used them on many cars. It cooled the oil very good when you had bigger engines and more heat.

Rear bumper tube is installed, oil system ready, engine wireing finished.

Ok the new selfmade front bumper is on the car, together with two Hella frontlights. We put the cables inside the tube. That was very difficult to realize.

the new high torque starter is mounted on the gearbox.

CSP Pacemaker disturbator in black edition.

Empi Exhaust complete...

Fuelpump and filter are now on the car.

CSP Shifter installed, rollover cage installed and now first test with the tires and how the tire fit when we have big rocks...

beautiful build, i would move that oil cooler off the bottom of the pan tho. that will get torn off real quick.

Testdrive on a local construction area...

and we put sticker on it...

the roofrack is build from a standard one with wooden boards. I changed them against aluminium

What about some cool pictures for CSP Magazine? Georg Otto and Günter Poley came to us for fotoshooting. The Streaker will be featured in CSP Magazine which came with every order. AWESOME!!

Check out the gallery, look for " industrial tins"... You can fabricate your own or buy them. But don't go without the protection!

That is an amazing build right there...

I would have had a hard time getting it dirty and beating on it at the same time...a crap ton of work right there...and tons of money I am sure...
