not sure on the exact placement of the exhaust.
but there are Atwood and Hydroflame small RV furnaces for popup campers.

my 78 Riviera came with a HydroFlame and it's really effective...and almost seems like it came that way in the first place (although it did originally have the usual Coleman)
personally, in your situation, i think i'd just put a Propex in there.
or Eberspacher/Espar petrol version if i was feeling fancy |
