Looking to purchase a new timing light with a built-in tachometer.
Anybody out there have any good suggestions and or ones to stay away from?
Don’t mind spending a little bit of money if the product is worth it.
Appreciate the help as always. |

It your running points get yourself a Dwell meter with tach and a standard timing light. I found mine on E-Bay 15+ years ago. I also bought a timing light with advance dial. I checked it against a degree pulley with a standard light first. I take it to tune others cars as once you get a degree pulley you don't go back, unless your a stock Nazi  |

I use an Innova 3568 digital timing light, similar to their 5568. It has a digital tach (249 to 9,990 RPM) and digital advance (0 to 90 degrees). I prefer them over the 'dial' timing lights due to the digital accuracy. |

The innova timing light works with my petronix.
The innova does not work with MSD.
Soon to install a Winterburn CDI and will see if i can get the light to work when in CDI mode, I know it will work in STD mode. |

I've used my Innova 3568 with a Mallory Unlite/6AL and CBP MagnaSpark II/Mallory 6AL without any issues. Can't speak to MSD. |

IVe got an Autometer with built in shift light. Not bright enough. paired it with the auxiliary shift light, and much better. |
