i am replacing my crank and camshaft these days and i was planning to put 90.5 P&C, later i found that all the P&C are all the same price,
i have the following in hand now
Stock heads with mild porting, Dual DRLA 36 with 28 vents, dual quiet pack and 4-1 header,Scat C35 cam
as the case is already out and it's something i dont do everyday, can i put 94mm cylinders and pistons? will it work with what i have now because i am on budget |

You will have to have the case and heads machined for the bigger cylinders. |

no problem about machining the heads and the case, everything is handy now
but i am asking about if the stock 35X32 cylinder head and Dual DRLA 36 venturi 28 will work with those 94mm pistons??? |

Can it be done? Yes.
Is it a good idea? No.
Why? It's like running while trying to breathe through a straw. |

i understand but what i have in hand now is 94mm and that's why i ask if they will work with the stock heads and 28m venturis in the Dual DRLA36
what will i gain and what will i loose? |

The 90.5 will make 1776 cc the 94's 1914cc so there is only a 138cc difference.
You can put stock heads on a 2332 and it will work, will just limit the power potential.
so they simple answer is YES. |

I'd say do it. There won't be much of a top-end, but you should have plenty of off idle torque.

I know for a fact this has been answered to you a bunch of times. Are you listening?
You'll get some more torque and a little more power. It's lipstick on a pig. The biggest mistake people make is putting stock heads on something they want performance out of. |

I did it with 2110.

This is an 82 crank too, not a 69. But I bet that thing pulls like a train up to 3K. |

i'll do it for now then later on i'll add better heads
my case is AS21 with 8mm head studs
i think machining the case to accept the 94mm cylinders will touch the case savers, may expose the savers too
is that correct or my machining shop know nothing !!! |

That's correct. Just a touch.. If you are concerned have it opened a little less and have the cylinders turned down a little. People turn 94s down to a 90.5 register size sometimes so it's no problem to do it. |

i measured the cylinders diameter from the part that goes into the case and i found it to be 97mm Outer diamter
can i turn it safely to 96mm and i think that will clear the case savers? |

It pulls like the train to 4000 but then falls on its face.
But there is more than 100 Nm torque from 1500 to 5200 |

i'll have less torque figures for sure because i am going on stock CW crank 69mm
EDIT:my cam is SCAT C35 similar to Engle 110 so i don't know if it will fall on it's face like yours or not |

Yes, that will be a different story.
You may leave the stock valves but you should concentratre on high port velocity, for better torque characteristic insted of a high revving high power engine. Can be done. Handy commuter, daily driver. |

my 1915 that i had in my 71 super had bone stock 113 heads with very slight seat and chamber blend ONLY 35 by 32 on it good 3 angle VJ with a set of SLG HI REV,S and what they call a CHEATER CAM warmed over stocker cam with a drilled out SLG 34 pict. lets just say that engine would have been a BORE with out the BIG JUG,S. it was a daily driver. what a bitchen recipe. so yea 94,s work with low flowing small stock head,s. dont be afraide of the bigger than 90.5s they work if the engine is assembeld by an educated ACVW performance person. no problem.
