Hmmmm, wonder why they went through the trouble and expense to print that on the label??
Why don't you go first, report back to us on how it worked out.

Rub / scrape off what you can with a mild solvent and try a little tire black or similar to redo the color. Will be too black and "fake" looking though it will weather over time.

WD 40 will also dissolve the glue, its petroleum based so will affect rubber but squirt just a little on a rag, not dripping but just a hint of moisture and rub vigorously, wash well with soap and water when done to remove the residue.

Don't use it, use regular old rubbing alcohol, it'll make the glue bead up.
It'll get it off but will require some effort.

Windex with ammonia will get the glue right off. I have used windex and alcohol.

Just an FYI, alcohol will clean it, but it will also dry out the rubber pretty bad.

Sorry forgot the common sense disclaimer.
If you use alcohol go back and put some form of rubber dressing to keep
them from drying out.

:?: Can you use silicon as a rubber dressing?

When I've got sticky adhesive crap remaining on something (like a coffee mug or glass bowl) where I've just pulled off the price tag, or the operating instructions, or a caution note or such, and find that neither soap and water, nor alcohol, nor Windex, nor ammonia nor anything else seems to work, I use vegetable oil, like Wesson Oil, or corn oil, or similar, and it does the trick! You have to work at it a bit, it takes a little rubbing, but pretty soon the adhesive material starts to loosen and roll up into little lumps. And soon you've got it all off. Much more effective, and much easier than cussing, Scotchbrite, blow torches, dynamite, etc. Now I can't say what long-term effects there may be on rubber seals. Never tried it there. So take it for what its worth. But try it on your next new coffe mug, and see how easy it is!

Just to clarify this. Silicone lubricant such as
Kleen flow Kleen Slip
Kleen-Slip Silicone Lubricant

A non-staining, silicone, greaseless lubricant that prevents squeaks and sticking on rubber, metal, wood, glass, most plastics and nylon. Operates from -40°C to 204°C (-40°F to 400°F).

just do not use the silicone that hardens.
