gt 40 lookalikes

I was on kijiji today...and found a car....owner claims it is on a 73 super beetle chassis
.....anyway...it resembles a fiberfab avenger. ....four headlights....sort of looks gt40 ish ....but it has gullwing doors... (and is uglier) thought it might be an Aztec....but I didn't think they had dual headlights
tried posting a pic....but my phone refused....
any ideas what it might be

sorry about my description. ..I will try and get a picture up from home
....but...any ideas?

It is a Kellison GT40-K . Yup looks like strut towers on it. Interesting stuff.

Unless the guy who built it REALLY knew what he was doing, I would run screaming away from that thing. The strut towers need to be positioned and braced correctly or the car will never be able to be aligned properly.

from the pictures. ..I would say he just cut up a super beetle. ....and left the struts and a bit of original tower....not gonna be very strong!
