I've done a lot of searching and can't find a source for the German pans. The closest I can find (thickness wise) are the ones made in Denmark. Is there a vendor out there that has the German pans???

Don't think so. Klassicfab have done some KG pans but not regularly, otherwise I understand they are all JP Group (Dansk) but they are ok quality.
