next question is, did it just loosen and fall out or did it break off with the threads still in it? If It loosened the threads might be messed up some, if it broke then you'll have to deal with extracting the remains.

I hadn't thought that maybe it broke.... i'm hoping it just backed out. I'll have to check!!

I want to say the holes were drilled with a #50 drill bit, and the safety wire is .025"
(but I have slept since then)
