Unique gravel guards seen on Brazilian 66?

Saw these on facebook, the front fender guards and the guards mounted at the rear of the car under the bumper brackets are of particular interest to me.
I couldn't find any good photos of the rears but you can see some details in the photo I uploaded.

Anyone know any info about these? I'd love to have some.

Those style guards were 4-sale for years on eBay. But haven't seen any 4-sale in quite some time. The sellers were always located in Brazil. I'd guess the style was a regional design. Quite a few cars that were featured in VW Trends had these guards.

Interesting, I'll have to keep an eye out.
Any idea on what the one's at the rear of the car could be called? I've never seen them before.
