Recently bought a Besco alum folding trailer without the tongue or receiver. I would like to build my own tongue and find a 1/78 receiver/coupler that would be compatable for this trailer. Any information--suggestions--pictures would be appreciated. I assume the original tongue was aluminum. The Long Bar od size suggested to me was 1 3/16 square and 38 1/8 long. Short tube U channel shaped 1 1/2 on top/width with 1 3/4 inch sides. Thanks for any help. wvirnwkr in GA |

Just sold my Besco 2 weeks ago. The tongue is not aluminum. Here are some pictures:

I just picked one up. I had a friend who had one but lost it in a garage fire. If I recall, he had is tongue stored in another location. Are you still needing. A tongue? _________________ '69 bug (Bonnie)
