Here is an odd parcel shelf. It is a plastic material not wicker. Who made these things? I realize the bottom one is Kamei for a bug |

While going thru some old catalogs looking for something else, I found this picture. It looks like it was made by the same manufacturer as yours.
In my opinion, yours is not the correct shape for a Type 3.

I have one on my car, and it is original to my car, purchased the day after the car was purchased in 1963
sorry, I don't have great pics of it, but here it is along with the tag and receipt

I held it up in my buddys square and it seamed to fit. A few of the mounting arms need help..... |
