Figured I would start a build thread since its come time to send her off to paint. She's currently riding on a 4" narrowed bug beam with Porsche pattern disc up front and Porsche pattern drums out back. Stock 1600dp. She has some rust on her which will be taken care of once she hits the body shop. I installed a bug A1 sidewinder on it which I will be removing since I have purchased the correct A1 Thing exhaust for her. Here's some pics

Thanks GI, I have some catching up with some pics on here to get everyone caught up to the build. I'll be posting the rebuild of my top frame, the new stayfast canvas top, taking her apart to get her ready for paint.. That's a lot of stuff Lolol

My plan is to run it on my bus, but that might change. I may end up buying a Vintage Speed exhaust for the bus.

Got my windshield back from the glass shop. No seal to have to deal with. Yep I'll have a new one from the THING store up for sale!

Started the metal work, shaved the door handles to start. Have a couple more custom touches to add before its off to the body shop.
