Hinge color

Got a question and I did quite a bit of searching but can't find the answer.

The rear hatch hinges, Should those be painted body color, or were they a different color originally from the factory? Just want to know before I paint them the body color, also, same for the front I guess, while I'm at it.

Body color on all hinges.
